摘要: A new tadalafil analogue was found in a commercial dietary supplement for enhancing sexual performance. The compound detected by high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD). isolated using semi-preparative HPLC, and its accurate mass established two LC-high-resolution-mass spectrometers (LC-HRMS). structure determined nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. of the corresponded to molecular formula C24H23N3O4. identified as structural which N-methyl group replaced with an N-isopropyl group. We have named isopropylnortadalafil it is first reported herein.
