摘要: Some ferrocene compounds, such as tamoxifen derivatives hydroxyferrocifen 1 and ferrociphenol 2, show strong antiproliferative activity on hormone-dependent hormone-independent breast cancer cells. In order to evaluate their antimicrobial activity, they were tested, together with purely organic analogs, the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa Staphylococcus aureus fungus Candida albicans. It has been found that compounds bearing alkylamino chains are active, in these cases increases for two amino chains. These dialkyamino equally active doxycycline P. S. but superior it C.
