摘要: The accumulation of visceral fat is strongly associated with cardiometabolic changes. Alternative methods, such as the association between anthropometric indicators and hypertriglyceridemia, are used best estimate for fat, preventing cardiovascular diseases. aim this study was to evaluate hypertriglyceridemia in prediction men women. This a cross-sectional conducted 192 individuals, both genders, submitted evaluation (sagittal abdominal diameter [SAD], waist circumference [WC], waist-hip ratio [WHR]), serum dosage triglycerides (TG), computed tomography scan, order measure adipose tissue (VAT) area. Descriptive analysis, Pearson's Correlation, multiple linear regression were performed. Anthropometric had high correlation VAT area (p=0.000). Regardless TG levels, individuals values excess (p<0.05). For every centimeter increased SAD, there an average increase 12.46 cm² showed that SAD WC good explain variability area, independently changes making it possible identify risk developing
