摘要: After harvest, fruits and vegetables continue to loss their quality under the influence of ongoing vitality physical factors occurred during transport, storage shipment. To bring an alternative novel solutions shelf life problems foods, modified packaging technology (MAP) was developed both for consumers who conscious about food safety manufacturers seek products with longer life. MAP is conducted in two ways as active passive MAP. The more commonly applied involves aplication various combinations gases (N 2 , O CO ) suitable type product material. In recent years, has begun be used edible film coating. this way, permeability material minimized; microbial, physicochemical degradation foods can prevented or decreased aroma-flavor-structures improved. This will have a significant advantage, especially exports, because it provides crops. review, principle combined system coating technology, its applicationin different fruit effects on are aimed explained.
