摘要: Throughout numerous research works on biomacromolecules, several breakthrough innovations have occurred in the field of biomacromolecule processing. Remarkable improvements been made so far to address problems associated with processing technologies terms enhancing efficiency processes. Green technology broadly focuses search for new techno-economic systems replace conventional which exhibit pernicious consequences environment and health organisms. The strategy practiced popularly is use alternate solvent systems, replacing toxic, volatile, harsh organic solvents prevent denaturation, biotransformation, enzyme activity loss, degradation biomacromolecules. Ionic liquids (ILs) deep eutectic (DESs) are emerging as greener alternatives over past two decades there has an exponential increase reports literature. utility neoteric treatment may be envisaged industrial processes near future. current state art regarding recent developments few years using reviewed this article. scientific these solvents, especially ILs DESs, such solubilization, extraction, functionalization proteins DNA, addressed This review beneficial designing novel selective methodologies opening doors better material areas biotechnology biological sciences.
