摘要: Abstract In order to determine whether the adrenal glands play a primary or secondary role in pathogenesis of spontaneous arteriosclerosis which occurs repeatedly bred rats, sexually mature female, Sprague-Dawley rats were adrenalectomized and maintained during four successive pregnancies. Some breeders treated with deoxycorticosterone (DOCA) 0.5% saline. The did not develop arteriosclerosis, beta cell degranulation, fatty infiltration liver as breeder intact those has accesory regenerated glandular tissue. Surprisingly, DOCA-treated also showed inhibition arterial disease but they have livers degranulation. Body organ weights, serum enzymes, lipids, glucose, BUN, corticosterone elevated such high levels is usual rats. These findings demonstrate that presence essential for liver, degranulation bred, female
