摘要: Nuclear factor kB (NF-kB) is a pleiotropic transcription which involved in the transcriptional regulation of several specific genes. Recent reports demonstrated that ionizing radiation dose range 2-50 Gy results expression NF-kB human KG-1 myeloid leukemia cells and B-lymphocyte precursor cells; precise mechanism significance are not yet known. The present report demonstrates even lower doses radiation, 0.25-2.0 Gy, capable inducing EBV-transformed 244B lymphoblastoid cells. These where viability remains very high. After exposure to {sup 137}Cs {gamma} rays at rate 1.17 Gy/min, maximum was seen 8 h after 0.5-Gy exposure. Time-course studies revealed biphasic time-dependent 0.5-, 1- 2-Gy exposures. However, for each time examined, p50 p65 subunits also shown be regulated differentially exposures 1.0 2.0 Gy. 32 refs., 3 figs.
