摘要: IL-23/STAT3 signaling pathway is a key process in Th17 cell differentiation, and cells are closely related to the development of autoimmune diseases. We previously designed prepared rhIL23R-CHR protein antagonize endogenous IL-23, showing effectiveness treatment experimental encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice. To further elucidate mechanism action, mouse lncRNA microarray was used screen expression profiles lncRNAs, particular lncRNA, 1700040D17Rik found down-regulate EAE model its significantly increased after by rhIL23R-CHR.
