摘要: Cellular differentiation is regulated on the level of gene expression and it known that dysregulation can lead to deficiencies in contribute a variety diseases, particularly immune system. Until recently, was thought governed by changes binding or activity class proteins called transcription factors. However, discovery micro-RNAs recent descriptions long noncoding RNAs have given enormous momentum whole new field biology: regulatory RNAs. In this review, we describe these two classes summarize what about how they regulate aspects adaptive innate systems. Finally, involvement three different autoimmune diseases (celiac disease, inflammatory bowel multiple sclerosis).
