摘要: Summary. 1. Solutions of plasmin prepared from post-mortem blood, split purified preparations fibrinogen and fibrin at nearly the same rate. 2. In blood is adsorbed to fibrin. The inhibitory effect antiplasmin on fibrinogenolysis therefore much greater that fibrinolysis. normal was not affected by plasmin, while rapidly split. 3. After death varying amounts were found in blood. Correspondingly relationships between rates fibrinogendysis fibrinolysis observed. 4. strong specific adsorption its high affinity for this substrate evidence adaption fibrin. 5. identity fibrinolytic enzymes widely different ways action these proteins are discussed. significance activities occurring under physiological conditions stressed.
