摘要: In Xinjiang, China, esophageal carcinoma has a high incidence in Kazak and Uighur populations. MicroRNA (miR)-21 miR-375 are related to carcinoma. This study thus investigated their potencials early diagnosis prognosis populations, provide evidences for serum markers of cancer. A total 126 or cancer patients were enrolled as the disease group, along with 86 local Han control cohort, 80 healthy individuals. MiRNA expression was detected by situ hybridization tissues qRT-PCR serum. ROC approach used evaluate diagnostic value miRNA on Cox analysis performed screen factors governing prognosis. MiR-21 level significantly elevated both tissue samples patients, while down-regulated. Such difference more potent group compared group. MiR correlated infiltration depth, TNM stage, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis. Elevated miR-21 reduced sensitivity radio-therapy, increased recurrence frequency. The single assay lower than combined (AUC=0.812 0.739 vs. 0.858). They also affected patient (OR=1.53 0.652). presented abnormal independent affecting may help make
