摘要: This paper presents the development and experimental performance of a 10 kW high power density three-phase ac-dc-ac converter. The converter consists Vienna-type rectifier front-end two-level voltage source inverter (VSI). In order to reduce switching loss achieve operating junction temperature, SiC JFET Schottky diode are utilized. Design considerations for phase-leg units, gate drivers, integrated input filter — combining EMI boost inductor stages system protection described in full detail. Experiments carried out under different conditions, results obtained verify feasibility proposed system.
