摘要: Evaluation of radiation-induced apoptosis in T-lymphocytes was developed for human medicine order to predict the sensitivity individual patients radiation therapy and has regular use cases suspected hypersensitivity. A major goal of the present study was evaluate usefulness the apoptosis assay veterinary application in radiation sensitivity testing. The main goal examine potential changes T-lymphocytes to radiation-induced during course radiation treatment. This is a clear example advantageous of spontaneous canine tumors augment cancer research. Blood collected heparin tubes, diluted 1 : 10 in RPMI medium, irradiated with X-rays incubated 48 h. T-lymphocytes were labeled using FITC-conjugated antibodies, erythrocytes lysed, DNA stained propidium iodide. For cell analysis, Becton Dickinson FACScan flow cytometer was used. Radiation-induced was quantified. samples from tumor-bearing dogs taken before first fraction at end radiation therapy. Apoptosis lymphocytes dependent on donor age and donor weight. Tumor-bearing when compared healthy dogs showed no significant differences levels induced apoptosis. No seen of radiation-induced blood taken before, during, or after therapy. leukocyte can be successfully applied to patients, wide spectrum sensitivities observed. a patient’s peripheral radiation-induced apoptosis does not change as result trauma of radiotherapy tumor treatment.
