摘要: Abstract Polyaniline (PAni) is one of the most studied conductive polymers due to its ability exist in various redox states. The possibility depositing PAni on vegetable fibers and incorporating this polymeric matrices, such as polyamide-6, enables production antistatic reinforced materials. In work, polyaniline was deposited fiber surfaces a pilot plant scale composites were prepared by extrusion. microstructures coated curaua polyamide-6 characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements crystallinity degree evaluated differential scanning calorimetry XRD. Atomic force electron microscopies employed observe distribution morphology nanoparticles. oxidation states determined photoelectron spectroscopy. results showed that supported presents amorphous domains nanometer sizes.
