摘要: Summary Ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1 (UCHL1) is a deubiquitinating enzyme that hydrolyzes ubiquitin. Previous reports have shown both tumorigenic and antitumorigenic roles for UCHL1. However, the expression patterns of UCHL1 protein, an area critical validating its clinicopathologic among subtypes breast cancer, still lacking. Here we examined by immunohistochemistry in 243 carcinomas various subtypes. We found 8.3% invasive ductal but not other carcinoma subtypes, except metaplastic breast, which showed staining 61.9% cases, with sarcomatous components being more intensely stained. significantly correlated high histologic grade ( P = .001), triple-negative phenotype .02), basal-like
