Oxygen-isotope effect on the high-frequency Raman phonons in Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O 8 + δ

摘要: Raman spectra have been obtained from single-crystal samples of ${\mathrm{Bi}}_{2}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{2}{\mathrm{CaCu}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{8+\mathrm{\ensuremath{\delta}}\mathrm{}}$ with varying degrees oxygen-isotope exchange. A comparison the high-energy $(g~400{\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}1})$ vibrational an unexchanged sample, a partially exchanged sample and fully crystal has carried out to obtain unambiguous assignment ${A}_{1g}$ modes at 465 $630 {\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}.$ The mode is assigned c-axis vibrations O(3) atoms in Bi-O layers 630 O(2) apical oxygen Sr-O layers.
