摘要: A new and simple method was developed for the extraction derivatization of fatty acid (FA) in milk. Lipid milk carried out H2SO4/methanol. Methylation performed 2 h at 60°C, FA methyl esters were recovered chromatographic analysis by addition hexane. The parameters optimized compared to official reference procedure methylation FAs samples. For most 24 determined, similar or significantly higher recoveries obtained than conventional method. allows processing a high number samples, same time, minimizing sample manipulation and, consequently, loss contamination. In conclusion, proposed is simple, rapid, low cost, achieves good results.
