摘要: Abstract The preparation of microparticles with an entrapped protein, ovalbumin (OVA), from blends poly (DL-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLG) and (ethylene glycol) (PEG) using a water-in oil-in oil (w/o/o) emulsion / solvent extraction technique is described. Significant increases in protein loading levels to over 50% (w/w) have been achieved larger than 10 μm mean diameter 25% small 2 microparticles. Linear release profiles are exhibited by certain blend formulations vitro 30 days. w/o/o formulation approach combination PLG/PEG shows potential for improving vaccine the delivery hydrophilic drugs, therapeutic proteins peptides.
