摘要: The instant invention provides for monoclomal antibody 369.2B which is specific the βA4 peptide, and in particular free C-terminus of "1-42" but not "1-43", stains diffuse fibrillar amyloid, vascular neurofibrillary tangles. further fragments constructs thereof have same binding specificity. also methods diagnosis, screening therapeutics treating unique forms using antibodies invention.
