摘要: The object of the present study was to elucidate whether a glucose load modifies uptake by tissues in brown trout vivo. By use 2-[1,2-3H]-deoxyglucose, plasma disappearance rate and tissue were measured after an intraaortic 500 mg·kg-1 (glucose group) under normoglycemic conditions (control). We also attempted determine fasting disposal (fasted group). procedure used calculate 2-deoxyglucose evaluated, levels compared with those phosphorylation. Uptake phosphorylation rates similar all tissues, except brain heart. In groups highest spleen, kidney, gills, lowest red muscle, heart white muscle. However, muscle main site on whole basis. led strong, long-lasting hyperglycemia, spite increases observed insulin body (control: 4.9 μmol·min-1·kg-1; group: 6.5 μmol·min-1·kg-1). This higher due only muscles (four- threefold, respectively). Fasting halved both condition. consequence exogenous decreased 5.1 μmol·min-1·kg-1), causing still longer hyperglycemia.
