摘要: Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench contains various phenolic compounds such as anthocyanin. Eleven sorghum accessions were classified into five groups by grain colour and their antioxidant activities measured well the contents of total (TPC) anthocyanins in grains. The was related to TPC content, but not monomelic anthocyanin content.
