摘要: Deep body temperature of 57 male Wistar rats was measured in response to systemic (i.v. or i.p.) injection Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Animals were preliminarily (4 weeks before the experiment) treated with microinjections toxic dose glutamate receptors agonists vehicle into solitary tract nucleus caudal part ventrolateral medulla. Microinjections glutamate receptors provoked a local destruction of brain tissue, which accompanied by significant transformation (amplification attenuation) 3 μg/kg E. LPS. did not demonstrate changes in their Obtained data testify that impairment central nervous structure involved regulation and maintenance of deep is atypical development LPS-induced fever.
