摘要: Abstract A micro-autoanalytic procedure for the enzymic, fluorometric determinations of acetoacetate, β-hydroxybutyrate, pyruvate, lactate, alanine, glucose, glutamate, and glutamine has been described. As many as 60 to 80 duplicate samples can be analyzed simultaneously either two or three compounds in 8 hr. The sensitivity range detection permit analyses all eight using only 50 μl blood. reproducibility, efficiency, versatility this autoanalytic system will warrant its wide application metabolic studies.
