摘要: Abstract Using graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and H 2 SeO 3 as precursors, the reduced dots/Se nanowires (rGQDs/SeNWs) composite was electro-synthesized in presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The morphology crystallization products as-synthesized studied by a series characterization techniques. conductivity photoresponse rGQDs, Se NWs rGQDs/SeNWs were determined respectively. Benefiting from synergistic action electron-deficient rGQDs electron-rich NWs, significantly, showed excellent photoelectric conversion.
