摘要: An antioxidant active packaging was developed by coextruding two layers of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Bags were made with the film in which inner layer, designed to be contact food, contained marigold flower (Tagetes erecta) extract rich carotenoids. The outer layer added titanium dioxide (TiO2) decrease effect commercial lighting on degradation Four bilayer films produced: TiO2 and carotenoids, TiO2, no additives at all (control film). Degradation color astaxanthin delayed addition when they stored under 25 °C. these produced an improvement soybean oil stability °C as a result synergic light protection carotenoids release. This release measured diffusion coefficients from toward 10, 25, 40 (2.10–19.26 × 10−11 cm2 s−1) activation energy 53.66 kJ mol−1. In conclusion, combination HDPE introduced opacity permitted extend oil. Moreover, temperature showed that this new is able exert its function conditions transport, storage, commercialization food.
