摘要: Interventions to reduce mortality and disability in older people are vital. Aspirin is cheap effective known prevent cardiovascular cerebrovascular disease, many cancers, Alzheimer dementia. The widespread use of aspirin limited by its gastrointestinal side effects. Understanding age-related changes physiology that could put at risk the effects may direct strategies improve tolerance hence lead greater numbers being able take this intervention.
