摘要: It is indisputable that sensors are indispensable in our daily life. In parallel to the research field of organic electronics, there a serious effort develop technologically compatible based on polymers. Due widespread usage microelectronics, it quite natural main focused development providing electrical output. But until discovery conducting polymers, was necessary find way how increase basic conductivity which had been considered be perfect insulators. The easiest do add and disperse polymer small amount or semiconducting material with particles micro- sub-micrometer scale, for example, carbon fibers black. A proper concentration “filler” around percolation threshold, at sensor’s sensitivity reaches maximum. details described Sect. 2.
