The goal this to show MIFs Data overexpressed these malignancies humans, contributes deregulation cell cycle, angiogenesis, metastasis. Clinical studies overexpression tumors significantly decreases survival rate, increases tumor aggression. There are multiple anti-MIF molecules currently being explored investigations should be continued.
