摘要: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains one of the most aggressive and lethal malignancies. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a novel class non-protein-coding transcripts that have been implicated in cancer biogenesis prognosis. By repurposing microarray probes, we herein analysed lncRNA expression profiles two public PDAC datasets identified 34 dysregulated lncRNAs PDAC. In addition, 6 selected was confirmed Ren Ji cohort pancreatic cell lines, their association with 80 patients’ clinicopathological features prognosis investigated. Results indicated AFAP1-AS1, UCA1 ENSG00000218510 might be involved progression significantly associated overall survival status may serve as independent prognostic biomarkers for Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) suggested high low were correlated several tumorigenesis related pathways.
