Disordered zona pellucida-induced acrosome reaction and failure of in vitro fertilization in patients with unexplained infertility.

摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the relationship between zona pellucida (ZP)–induced acrosome reaction (AR) and fertilization rate pregnancy in standard IVF frequency of disordered ZP-induced AR (DZPIAR) patients with unexplained infertility. Design Prospective study. Setting Academic research teaching tertiary hospital. Patient(s) Patients infertility normal semen analysis. Intervention(s) None. Main outcome measure(s) Semen analysis, AR, measurements vitro (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Result(s) A statistically significant correlation was found for (n = 65). DZPIAR (ZP-induced ≤16%) had an average 23%, contrast to >16%, who 61%. The sensitivity specificity prediction rates Conclusion(s) have a low zero but high ICSI. Up 29% analysis may this condition, which should be diagnosed treated ICSI rather then IVF.
