摘要: Many operations in CNC milling tasks are performed using pocket which has two main types of tool path trajectories, contour parallel and direction path. Hence there have been a lot works on geometrically efficient algorithms to generate paths. Although the conventional obtained from geometric information successful make desirable shape, it seldom considers physical process concerns like cutting forces chatters. In order cope with these problems, an optimized path, maintains as constant MRR possible achieve avoid chatter vibrations at all time, is introduced result verified.
