摘要: Abstract During the corner machining process of 5-axis flank milling, sharp change tool path and orientation may lead to a dramatic increase milling force vibration, which gravely impacts quality. In order address this issue, generation method for corners by considering dynamic characteristics machine is presented in paper. To be specific, firstly, allowance information model built according part roughing information. Secondly, trajectory based on clothoid curve constraint optimized. And then, trajectories Finally, generated constraint. The remaining materials can removed uniformly using proposed path, curvature continuous. Simulation results show that machined surface smooth, suitable machining.
