摘要: There is epidemiological evidence indicating that most human cancers are caused by environmental exposure to genotoxic agents. It estimated as many two thirds of all originate from tobacco smoke and dietary components [1]. Tobacco use a wellknown risk factor for multiple including lung, oesophagus, bladder cancers. was there would be well over 150,000 deaths due lung cancer in United States 1995 [2]. therefore important prevent reducing possibly intervening the carcinogenic process at an early stage. Despite risks, smokers do not develop cancer. Indeed, lifetime subjects smoking 20 cigarettes per day still under 15 % [3], suggesting may endogenous exogenous factors likely affect individual risk.
