摘要: The ultimate goal of the present investigation was to develop an SrAl 2 O 4 :Eu,Dy thin-film phosphor on surface mechanical test specimens act as a stress or crack indicator during testing. As preliminary step, phosphors were deposited several conventional substrates such quartz glass, Si(111), Si(001), and corrugated glass using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. Processing parameters optimized, in attempt enhance efficiency luminescence phosphor. optimal PLD processing conditions for different from that other oxide oxygen supply process not necessary, postdeposition annealing oxidizing atmosphere ineffective, substrate did have significantly enhanced extraction efficiency. By adopting best conditions, based depositions substrates, compact tension specimen composed polycrystalline Al 3 applicability verified actual test.
