摘要: Cultural differences between outsourcers and vendor firms in offshore locations pose unique management challenges. One of these challenges is to find a control strategy that fits the cultural setting. However, most previous research has analyzed issues separately from one another. The objective this paper bring together two distinct streams. result conceptual model describing relationships choice different modes IS offshoring projects. Propositions are derived organizational national culture theory. In particular, we introduce concept intelligence as moderating relationship control. resulting developed makes important theoretical contributions serves basis for future empirical research.
