摘要: The Implementation Study of the Fort Bragg Evaluation documented how Demonstration was executed and whether it met expectations continuum care philosophy upon which based. Based on theory-driven component approaches to program evaluation, a case study methodology employed. First, theories assumptions about were explicated derive model. Next, program-as-implemented compared program-as-planned. Barriers responsible for diluting full-scale implementation documented. This provides comprehensive description put into place evidence necessary conclude that with high fidelity, despite barriers, provide an excellent test theory.
