摘要: This brief report covers an analysis of 7 years outcome data from the Australian Register Antiepileptic Drugs in Pregnancy. In studying control antiepileptic drug-treated epileptic seizures during pregnancy, it was found that pregnancy had little influence on seizure disorders. Seizures occurred 49.7% 841 drug (AED) treated pregnancies women with epilepsy. Epilepsies were active year before tended to increase risk intrapartum and postpartum seizures. The 50-70% less if prepregnancy free, decreased relatively more longer periods control. Once there been 1 year's freedom seemed further advantage deferring avoid returning while pregnant.
