摘要: An antiserum was raised against ammonium sulphate precipitates from culture filtrates of the hemibiotrophic fungus Collelotrichum lindemuthianum . It used to locate fungal antigens within cells Phaseolus vulgaris containing biotrophic infection hyphae, by means electron microscopy following post-embedding immunogold labelling. Good preservation both antigenicity and ultrastructure obtained fixation with glutaraldehyde osmium tetroxide embedding in LR White acrylic resin. Biotrophic hyphae were intracellular, a matrix layer similar extrahaustorial haustorial parasites separated hyphal wall invaginated host plasmalemma. Gold labelling confined wall, and, lesser extent, cytoplasm. Labelling absent cytoplasm walls infected uninfected bean cells. In contrast matrices obligate biotrophs, which are considered be products cells, these results indicate that surrounding C. contains material, probably (glyco) proteins.
