摘要: Summary Positional changes of the mandible and upper lower incisors were studied by means cephalometric analysis after oblique sliding osteotomy for correction mandibular prognathism. In addition to intermaxillary fixation, skeletal fixation between anterior nasal spine chin was used. The patients followed up 18 months surgery. During period no increase in facial height observed at this had decreased 2.2 mm. Nevertheless, there an plane angle 3.8° which mainly occurred during period. posterior 4.0 As these varied individuals, but mean values small. Anterior prevented seemed limit shortening extrusion incisors. However, benefits remained rather limited.
