摘要: We report the familial occurrence of acinic cell carcinoma involving parotid gland, first such which we are aware. The any salivary gland neoplasm is rare. Several reports present in literature, including pleomorphic adenoma, Warthin tumor, submandibular and malignant lymphoepithelial lesion. case a 35-year-old man who underwent excision left carcinoma. Eight years later, his daughter presented at age 16 with nontender mass that was excised found also to be histologic features both neoplasms were typical While this may represent coincidental event, possibility manifestation common genetic or environmental risk cannot excluded.
