摘要: Abstract Tumors of the sublingual salivary gland are extremely rare. Most tumors malignant, adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) and mucoepidermoid being most common histological types. Here we report first case a familial occurrence ACC in family which father daughter were treated for gland. A 75-year-old man was referred with swelling floor mouth on his right side diagnosed as synchronous adenocarcinoma lung. One year later, presented, at age 46 years, her side, also ACC. This is recurring worldwide.
