摘要: The effects of antiarrhythmic drugs on QT interval dispersion as a predictor drug therapy has not been rigorously assessed. This study was performed to determine whether the predict response in patients undergoing electropharmacologic testing for ventricular tachycardiarrythmias. Precordial intervals and dispersions were measured at baseline during steady-state 72 consecutive with documented coronary artery disease remote myocardial infarction presenting spontaneous sustained tachyarrhythmias who underwent studies assess arrhythmia suppression. similar responders (42 ± 21 ms) nonresponders (46 ms), whereas shorter (33 15 than (55 29 ms, p 50 ms associated ineffective therapy.
