摘要: Abstract Two types of pristine single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were used: one with >70% element (P70) and another >90% (P90). After fitting scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images, it was found that impurity in P70 have around 26%, sonicated 17%, P90 9%. The rubber nanocomposites prepared by mixing room-temperature-vulcanized (RTV) silicone SWCNTs. SEM shows the filler particles distributed uniformly throughout matrix. At 3 per hundred parts (phr), low resistance obtained: ∼94 kilo ohms (kΩ) (P70 SWCNTs), ∼89 kΩ (sonicated ∼35 kΩ (P90 SWCNTs). results show new model modified Guth-Gold Smallwood fit well experimental data. These improvements could be useful for next-generation devices such as actuators energy harvesting.
