摘要: A method is described for the breaking of dormancy potato tuber buds and regulating growth subsequent plants, particularly use in inspection incidence virus diseases. The consists dipping excised eyes gibberellic acid (GA) solution, usually 1 p.p.m., 10 minutes. In varieties with a naturally long dormant period concentration can be increased to 5 p.p.m.; when only superficial slender anticipated, 100 5,000 p.p.m. N-dimethylaminosuccinamic (B9 or B995) added suppress excessive stem elongation. implications its advantages over rindite are discussed.
