摘要: The intranuclear trafficking of human telomerase involves a dynamic interplay between multiple nuclear sites, most notably Cajal bodies and telomeres. are proposed to serve as sites maturation, storage, assembly, well function in the cell cycle-regulated delivery telomeres cells. Here, we find that RNA does not localize mouse cells, instead resides separate foci throughout much cycle. However, humans, (mTR) localizes subsets specifically during S phase. localization mTR cells require coilin-containing bodies, is found at similar frequencies from wild-type coilin knockout mice. At same time, TR (as telomeres) indicating distinct attributable an intrinsic property (rather than difference environment such properties bodies). We also phase, coalesce into short chains, with least one conjoined co-localizing telomere. These findings point novel, body-independent pathway for biogenesis
