摘要: Tyrosine kinases are major regulators of signal transduction cascades involved in cellular proliferation and have important roles tumorigenesis. We recently analyzed the tyrosine kinase gene family for alterations human colorectal cancers identified somatic mutations seven members this family. In study we used high-throughput sequencing approaches to further evaluate subset genes genetic other tumors. GUCY2F, EPHA3, NTRK3 breast, lung, pancreatic cancers. Our results implicate these pathogenesis tumor types suggest that they may be useful targets diagnostic therapeutic intervention selected patients.
