摘要: In recent years, a growing body of evidence has indicated that signaling molecules previously implicated in axon guidance are important regulators multistep tumorigenesis and progression. Eph receptors ephrins belong to this special class play roles both cancer. Tremendous progress been made the past few years understanding role cancer designing therapeutic strategies for therapy. This review will focus on new advances elucidating contribution Eph/ephrin key processes tumor initiation metastatic progression, including cell proliferation, invasion metastasis, angiogenesis.
