摘要: We aimed to examine the reliability and validity of Japanese version Children's ChronoType Questionnaire (CCTQ) in preschool children. The CCTQ consists 16 items on sleep-wake parameters for scheduled free days, a 10-item Morningness/Eveningness Scale (CCTQ-M/E), single item chronotype. Out 502 children aged 3-6 years living Okayama Prefecture, we evaluated 346 (188 boys 158 girls) between May June 2012. Their parents filled out questionnaires two times at an interval weeks. Cronbach's α CCTQ-M/E was 0.77. For test-retest reliability, Pearson's correlation coefficient observations 0.898 (p<0.001). Kruskal-Wallis test with post-hoc tests used compare measured among three groups children, morning (M)-type, neither (N)-type evening (E)-type, who were classified according score. Sleep-wake timing significantly different M-type, N-type E-type Post-hoc pairwise comparisons revealed that delayed from M-type (p<0.001), except wake-up time get-up not days when their start regularly fixed. these 72 (35 37 see correlations subjectively objectively October Spearman's coefficients actigraph 0.512-0.836 (p<0.001) 0.380-0.786 Based findings conclude is reliable valid measure assessing chronotypes
