摘要: The timing, duration, and intensity of sleep are determined by the interaction between a sleep-wake-dependent homeostatic process sleep-wake-independent, intrinsic, clock-like circadian process. Chronotype represents individual differences in diurnal preferences, which not only genetically but also influenced social environmental factors. Thus, discrepancy biological clocks, so-called "social jetlag", occurs. Chronotype, jetlag, links chronotype behavioral problems well documented adults adolescents. However, such studies on young children limited. We conducted survey health for preschool attending kindergarten or childcare centers Wako, Okayama Kurashiki cities, Japan, May July 2012. A total 654 aged 4-6 years (342 boys 312 girls, with an average age 4.7 years) were assessed using Children's ChronoType Questionnaire Strength Difficulties Questionnaire. Morning (M)-type, neither (N)-type evening (E)-type accounted 36.2%, 54.0% 9.8% participants, respectively. weekday-to-weekend midsleep time--originally proposed as concept jetlag--were 11, 25 35 min M-, N- E-types, There was negative correlation period during weekdays (p < 0.001) positive weekends 0.001). difference 0.5 h whereas there no M-types.
