摘要: This study tried to examine, from epidemiological and physiologic anthropological (Japanese culture on breakfast) points of view, the integrated effects amount tryptophan vitamin B6 intake following exposure sunlight circadian typology sleep habits in young Japanese children aged 2 6 years, using newly-evaluated calculating system (Tryptophan Index 2009) (VitaminB6 at breakfast. The positive significant correlation was shown between Morningness-Eveningness (M-E) score Tryptophan also Vitamin Index. M-E only by who were exposed for longer than 10min after These results might support hypothesis: higher breakfast could promote synthesis serotonin via light stimulation morning children.
